I want to start off by saying these aren't my first FL-41 contacts! Before I hit 45, I could wear a pair tinted at 50% and still see clearly. But something happened when presbyopia kicked in and I found that I was struggling to see fine detail and definition through my darker lenses. I was hoping these lighter tinted ones would let me get back the benefit of my old tinted lenses because I wore them every waking moment! My photopia is constant and intense. Unfortunately, even this lighter tint feels like looking through a mist. I don't have that issue with FL-41 lenses, but maybe I'm just too old to see well enough through a tinted contact membrane. However, I still find them useful on days when I need 100% of the light coming through my eyeballs to be redshifted. They are less obvious than tinted lenses and will be helpful for events where there are big lights, but I feel self-conscious. Stage performances, lecturing, outdoor work, etc. If there's ever an advance made it giving the filtered effect without the cloudiness, I'll be back in a heartbeat. These are comfortable on my eyeballs and only a wee bit noticeable when I'm outdoors. They assume either my eyes are just cool or that I'm going for a daytime goth vampire look. I am so sorry this rating isn't higher, and I still recommend people with younger eyes give them a try. FL-41 contacts were such a boon to me, and I miss being able to see clearly through them. Wearing my clear glasses over help enough that I can read, but there's a wee bit of eyestrain, even so. I'm so sorry, Eyeling, please keep workshopping this.
Love love love the deep blue color. I get so many compliments. I also got the light blue but I like the deeper color better. It’s so rich. I stopped wearing colored contacts because I couldn’t see out of them with the pupil hole. I found your lenses and they are wonderful. They are comfy, and a beautiful jewel tone. Thank you much!!!!

I have purchased these lenses for the fourth time, and unfortunately every single pair has been just as incredibly uncomfortable. They attract and collect every tiny speck of dust or dirt, which immediately sticks to the surface. Wearing them is a nightmare — throughout the day I have to remove and clean them at least 10 times. Even putting them on for the first time takes up to 30 minutes. These lenses are extremely expensive, yet unbelievably thin — so thin that they are almost impossible to handle and apply properly. One pair I bought (costing around 300–400 PLN) tore after just about a week of use. The most recent pair I received two weeks ago — monthly lenses — also got damaged after only a short period. This has never happened to me before with any other lenses. Previously, I ordered zero-power lenses three times — the quality was terrible and noticeably worsened my vision. Then I ordered corrective lenses for my small prescription (-0.25), hoping for improvement, but they are just as uncomfortable and still reduce visual clarity. These are honestly the worst contact lenses I have ever worn. Even very cheap lenses (around 20 PLN) are far more comfortable because they have enough structure to stay stable. These lenses are so thin that everything sticks to them — every bit of dust, every particle — making them extremely difficult to keep clean. Water alone does nothing; they require thorough cleaning just to be wearable. My previous order (Light Brown lenses) seemed slightly better — they were a bit thicker and more stable, which gave me hope that the issue had been fixed. Based on that, I decided to order prescription lenses. Unfortunately, they turned out to be even thinner and much worse. I am extremely disappointed. Lenses that tear after just a few days of use should not be sold at this price point. Both lenses got damaged very quickly — this is not bad luck, but clearly a product issue. I strongly believe I am entitled to a refund. These lenses are absolutely not worth their price, regardless of their visual appearance
Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify one very important point for other customers reading this - contact lenses must never be cleaned with water. Water does not properly clean or disinfect lenses, and it can affect their comfort, clarity, and condition. It may also make the lenses more fragile and easier to damage. Our lenses should only be cleaned and stored using proper contact lens solution. If water is used instead, this can lead to the kind of issues described, including discomfort, particles sticking to the lens, blurred vision, and damage to the lens surface. For safe wear, monthly lenses should also be discarded 30 days after opening, even if they are not used every day.
Violet lens on blue eyes. It was shocking to see my light eyes go nearly black with how dark the violet is.. was hoping for more royal blue. Perhaps they can make the violet a bit lighter in future.. like Ciba soft colours used to. Comfortable though.

I'm so in love with my new prescription Blue contact lenses, I've been looking for many many years for the perfect contact lenses for me, and here they are! They are extremely comfortable and I havent experienced any issues. In addition, for me personally, one of the best surprises is that they have reduced the monitor screen glare whilst I'm working from home and also glare from headlights. I'm so excited to try the dark brown lenses. I would highly recommend!!

Might be the best contacts I’ve ever found! There’s a slight brown tint to your vision but it’s honestly more comforting than anything else. They are really comfy and completely cover my irises without having that dolly eye effect or pupil hole problem that most contacts have. Really amazing lenses!

incredible coverage, only downside is the discomfort that comes with wearing the lenses throughout the day.
Store owner replied: They should feel comfortable even after 8 hours of wear. Their BC is 8.6 (most common), maybe your eye needs different curvature. We suggest you visit an optometrist who can measure your eyes curvature and we can then make lenses based on that so they would fit you perfectly.

I love tinted lenses rather than the fake looking color lenses with the holes in the middle. Also these are much softer than average contact lenses.
They were extremely uncomfortable. I wear contacts everyday and was excited to try these so I did not have to wear sunglasses. However, they burned and felt like I had something in my eye.

I loved the lenses as soon as I put them in, but within an hour they had dried out so much that I was in extreme pain. I followed all instructions and used the recommended solution. I normally wear acuvue daily contacts and have no issues.
It is exactly what Is best for dealing with my aversion to fluorescent lights. I was not sure about diameter and will adjust it downward next time. Otherwise, they are perfect.
