Refund Policy

At Eyeling.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a clear refund policy.

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please bear in mind that we can not refund contact lenses that have been used or if the blister is opened. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

If your item is damaged or defective upon opening the blister:
You must provide clear photographic evidence showing the defect immediately upon opening. If the defect is not easily visible, we require the item (e.g., contact lens) to be fully cut in half, and a photo of the damaged product sent to us.
Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be processed after the required evidence is received and verified.
Damage occurring after the blister has been opened or after the lens has been used is not eligible for a refund.

Due to the highly customized nature of our lenses, all sales of custom and toric lenses are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for these products for reasons including, but not limited to, color discrepancies, personal preferences, or changes of mind. Customers acknowledge that variations may occur and agree to these terms prior to purchase.

To initiate the refund process, please contact us at hello@eyeling.com with your order information and the reason for your refund request. We'll be happy to assist you in processing your refund.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, depending on your payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
