Eyeling.com Refund Policy

At Eyeling.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund policy.

Standard Returns

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot refund contact lenses that have been used or if the blister is opened. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon opening the blister:

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence showing the defect immediately upon opening.

Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be processed after the required evidence is received and verified. Damage occurring after the blister has been opened or after the lens has been used is not eligible for a refund.

Custom and Toric Lenses

Due to the highly customized nature of these products, all sales of custom and toric lenses are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, color discrepancies, personal preferences, or changes of mind. Customers acknowledge that variations may occur and agree to these terms prior to purchase.

Shipping Costs

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Delays in Shipping

We offer express worldwide shipping with typical delivery in 1–4 days. However, Eyeling.com is not responsible for customs delays or other carrier-related delays. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us—we’re happy to assist.

Dispute Handling

We kindly ask that you contact us at hello@eyeling.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are here to resolve any issue promptly and fairly. Please note that repeated misuse of the dispute process may result in account restrictions.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, email us at hello@eyeling.com with your order details and reason for the request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Processing time to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
