At Eyeling.com, we offer fast and reliable shipping for all of our products. We aim to process and ship out orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving them. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
NB! Custom and Toric lenses have 2 to 6 weeks production time.
Depending on the delivery method you choose, shipping can take from 1 business day to 21 business days, sometimes longer. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the transport company or customs inspections.
We offer several shipping options to fit your needs best:

Standard Shipping: This option typically takes 5–14 business days for delivery within the EU, and 7–21 business days for international orders. This service is provided via DHL Globalmail, which means the parcel is first handled by DHL and then handed over to the local postal service in the destination country for final delivery.
- DHL Express: This option typically takes 1-4 business days for delivery within the EU, and 2-5 business days for international orders.
Please note that shipping costs will vary based on the shipping method and destination. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can track your package's progress. Please make sure to provide accurate shipping information to ensure timely delivery.
Important: Customers are responsible for monitoring and covering any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes in their destination country. These are not included in the shipping price and are not covered by Eyeling.
